IV. Duration for Which We Process Your Data

As a principle, “FOODITIVE PRO” SRL will process your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal obligations incumbent upon “FOODITIVE PRO” SRL (e.g., in the case of financial-accounting supporting documents for which the retention period required by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were prepared).

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, the website owner will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting processing already carried out by “FOODITIVE PRO” SRL based on the consent expressed prior to its withdrawal.

  • Right to rectification — the right to obtain correction, without undue delay, by “FOODITIVE PRO” SRL of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as completion of incomplete data. The rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom data was transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts;

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”), without undue delay, where one of the following reasons applies:

      (Following an erasure request, “FOODITIVE PRO” SRL may anonymize this data (depriving it of its personal character) and continue processing under these conditions for statistical purposes);

  • Right to restriction of processing to the extent that:

    • the person contests the accuracy of data, for a period enabling verification of accuracy;

    • processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes erasure, requesting restriction instead;

    • the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing, but the data subject requires it for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; or

  • Right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or competent courts, to the extent deemed necessary.
